Have you ever noticed that the cheapest foods are the most unhealthy for you? A lifetime of those foods are anything but cheap. Heart disease, diabetes, obesity leading to a bad back and bad knees are all cheap to acquire but cost big at the end of the day.

The same goes for life. Those things that are "cheap" to do end up costing us in the long run.

Fat is Cheap.

This blog is dedicated to the life lessons that can be learned from those three simple words. It is not about weight loss, weight gain or the fact that fatty foods are cheap. It is about the life lessons, metaphors, paradoxes, parallels, paradigms and ironies that can be gathered from the phrase "Fat is cheap."
